What happened

The customer had an expired Thai private-car licence. The case was prepared in advance, including the required online training and medical-certificate coordination. The customer then attended the Bangchak driving-licence office and completed the renewal.

What preparation changed

Preparation moved practical work before the office visit: checking the documents, arranging available supporting steps and confirming the handover. For current eligible renewal cases, plan for client time from 1 hour at DLT after advance preparation. Actual timing depends on DLT traffic on the day; this guidance is not the historical duration of this pilot. Mandatory official requirements still applied.
