What happened
The customer needed two Residence Certificates for a vehicle-related purpose and already had a Bangkok TM30. The passport, current arrival record, visa, TM30 and current application form were checked before submission.
What preparation changed
Small details can stop a supposedly simple request: an outdated form, a missing current entry record or address inconsistency. Checking those inputs first meant the customer did not lose time correcting them after submission. The case also involved collection; the 24-hour figure measures completion, not the customer’s time spent preparing documents.
