Service scope
BKKFIX provides administrative coordination for selected Thai driving licence, Residence Certificate and car or motorbike paperwork cases in Bangkok. A submitted case is not automatically accepted.
Case review comes first
Final feasibility, required documents, customer attendance, scope, price and expected sequence are confirmed only after review. A quote becomes binding only under the conditions stated in that quote.
Government decisions
BKKFIX is independent and is not a Thai government agency. Government requirements, staffing, queues, decisions and processing conditions can change. BKKFIX does not guarantee approval, issuance or a universal processing time.
Standard legal process
BKKFIX does not sell bought licences, fake tests, fabricated accommodation evidence or unofficial government issuance. Mandatory official steps remain mandatory.
No Thai legal advice
BKKFIX provides administrative coordination and process support. It is not a law firm and does not provide Thai legal advice. A case requiring legal advice may be declined or referred separately.
Fees and third-party costs
Government fees, translations, certifications, inspections, delivery, transport and other third-party costs are included or excluded only as stated in the confirmed quote. The scope and price are confirmed before paid work begins.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
If the facts, documents, government requirements or requested scope change after a quote, BKKFIX will explain the effect on the work, timing and any additional cost before continuing. The cancellation or refund position for a case, including work already performed and third-party costs, is confirmed in that case’s quote.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Delays, extra work or refusal caused by incomplete, inaccurate or altered information are outside the original scope unless agreed otherwise.
Historic case evidence
Pilot Case #1 recorded 19 minutes of customer time in person for one August 2026 licence renewal. It is a case study, not a guaranteed result or processing time.
