What we collect
The initial enquiry collects your service, answers about your situation, preferred language, contact details, starting page and submission time. If you use the estimator, we also collect your name, selected tariff version, estimate components, review reasons and optional comment. Referral parameters may be stored with the enquiry to understand how you found BKKFIX. The estimate is not an accepted job or confirmed price. Partnership enquiries collect the partnership type, your name, company or independent status, reply contact, services, areas or offices for providers, and optional comment.
What we do not collect in the first form
The initial intake cannot accept passport, visa, driving licence, TM30, Residence Certificate, vehicle-book or other document files. Do not enter passport or document numbers in its free-text fields. If files are needed later, we will first explain how to share them; there is no document-upload function on this site.
Why we use the information
We use it to assess whether the case fits the BKKFIX scope, identify missing inputs, prepare a concise case summary, contact you, confirm the process and quote, and coordinate the service if you proceed. We use partnership enquiry details to review the proposed cooperation and contact you about it.
Who may access it
Case details are stored with our website hosting provider and may be accessed by people working on the case and providers needed to deliver the agreed service. If a document must be shown to an authority or another provider, we will explain that step. We do not publish your case details.
Retention and deletion
We keep case information while it is needed for review, service delivery, security, dispute handling and records required by law. No automatic deletion period has been set for the first intake yet. You may use the request form below to ask what we hold or request deletion; we will review the request against any applicable retention obligation.
Analytics
Optional analytics remain off until you consent. After consent, BKKFIX sends a limited set of events to Google Analytics 4. These may include the selected service category and estimator step number; other form answers, contact details and comments are not added to our analytics events. We do not use a session-replay tool. With consent, campaign and referral details may be stored in your browser and attached to a case request or messenger handoff, but are not added to our Google Analytics event parameters. A messenger click does not confirm delivery of an enquiry.
Drafts on this page
Only selected calculator options are kept temporarily in this tab’s session storage, including after you close the calculator or use Back/Forward. Text fields (including country), contacts, consent and sending attempts are not saved there. After a full page navigation, enter missing text and contacts again and give consent again. Reload, “Start again” or successful submission clears the saved options.
A successfully submitted estimator draft is also cleared. The question form keeps an unfinished draft in page memory after closing; reloading, starting again or a successful submission clears its answers and contact. Changing that form’s enquiry type starts a new draft. The partnership form is different: its draft is cleared when you close it, reload the page or successfully submit it. Draft answers and contacts are not stored in localStorage or placed in URLs. Clearing a local draft does not delete an enquiry already received by BKKFIX.
Language preference
On the English homepage, we may suggest a supported language using your browser’s primary language, read locally. We do not redirect you automatically. Your explicit language selection takes priority and uses the existing language cookie, which contains only a supported language code. If you dismiss the suggestion, only a dismissal flag is kept in this tab’s session storage. If storage is unavailable, we remember dismissal in page memory. This feature does not send your browser’s language list or use IP location, geolocation or new tracking.
Your privacy request
To request access, correction or deletion, use the dedicated . Give the contact detail or case reference used with us; do not enter a passport number. We will verify the requester before acting.
Contact for privacy matters
Use the dedicated privacy request form above for questions about this notice or your data. BKKFIX is an independent administrative service, not a Thai government agency.
Analytics and data recipients
Before consent, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics request is sent. After consent, BKKFIX sends a limited set of analytics events and parameters. Depending on the event, these may include a page path without query parameters, site language, messenger channel and placement, selected service category, estimator step number, submission source or status, and a browser analytics identifier when available.
Our Google Analytics configuration supplies a page address without query parameters and sets the analytics page-referrer field to empty. When available, we send a browser analytics identifier with events; the same identifier may be stored with a case request or messenger handoff, allowing those records to be linked to the events. We do not add names, telephone numbers, email addresses, enquiry or message text, photographs, files, filenames, campaign parameters, advertising click IDs or referral hostnames to our analytics events. Google may still receive ordinary connection and device data, including IP addresses and browser identifiers, under its policies.
Enhanced Measurement, Google Signals, advertising personalization and Enhanced Conversions are disabled. A messenger click is an interface action, not a lead, order or payment. A lead event is emitted only after a successful BKKFIX form response. You can withdraw consent through Analytics settings in the footer; future analytics events stop and attribution stored in your browser is cleared, but this does not delete data already processed.
